Refund & exchange

At Aminalee we pride ourselves on our customer service. Your happiness is important to us, so please take a moment to acquaint yourself with our Refund and Exchange policy below:

Change of mind
Aminalee will gladly exchange or refund your purchase via our online store if you change your mind.

In the event of this decision, please return your item within 14 days from the purchase date by Australia Post. All shipping costs associated with refunds and exchanges for change of mind purchases, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Any purchase returned must be in new and unused condition. All original labels and ticketing must also remain attached.

Aminalee.com reserves the right to assess if any item sent back is used or damaged. For items deemed used or damaged, Aminalee.com reserves the right to confirm or refuse a refund or exchange.

Change of mind, refund or exchange does not apply to earrings purchased.

Faulty Returns
If any product purchased by you via our online store is faulty, you are entitled to choose an exchange, product repair or refund. At any time, we will make every attempt to try and repair your jewellery. We will determine what is wrong and then email you with your options.

Please ensure the product is returned to Aminalee within a reasonable time frame from the purchase date.
