Billing
Aminalee accepts payment for your purchase by the following methods: Visa® or MasterCard®, Direct Bank Deposit or Paypal. Your payment method can be specified once a product has been selected and processed to checkout. Please ensure you enter your details correctly including your phone number to result in further contact and confirmation if required.
Aminalee reserves the right to hold any order processed to checkout on aminalee.com.au as a result of the purchaser supplying insufficient payment information.
Product Availability and Representation
All accessories displayed on aminalee.com.au may be subject to limited availability and supply.
On occasion, if any of the materials are not available, aminalee will contact you and discuss your option to choose a similar replacement or cancel the order.
Aminalee.com.au offers a close as possible product and colour description. Please be mindful, aminalee accessories are mostly handcrafted with natural materials. Slight variations in colour may occur as a result.
Colour descriptions may also vary from computer and screen settings. If there any concerns regarding product colour, please do not hesitate to contact customercare@aminalee.com.au.
Currency
All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Delivery
Aminalee will process product orders via aminalee.com.au as soon as possible. Some purchases are crafted upon order. Please allow 3-5 days production time. Please refer to our delivery policy.
Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your online order, items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Merchandise exchanged for change of mind within the above timeframe, can be returned for an exchange or store credit subject to the condition that the merchandise is unworn and unused and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Items purchased online can be exchanged for a change of mind. Return postage at the buyer’s expense. Please ensure a certificate of posting and tracking number is obtained when depositing your parcel by post. This should be kept in a safe place as it bears a unique reference number, which is used to trace your parcel should it fail to be delivered to us.. We will be unable to make a exchange in the event that your parcel is lost without sighting Your Certificate of Posting.
